*To ensure no lapse in medication coverage from month to month, medications are ordered and processed ahead of time.  As such, cancellation requires a minimum 30-day notice.

Example: if you decide to cancel in April, you would be billed for the month of May & provided medications in May – program would expire May 31st

• One 2mL vial is sufficient for 1 month if administering starter dose of 2.5mg or 5mg.  Higher doses would require extra vials monthly at a cost of $400 per vial

• 10 mL MIC home injection kit – enough for a 1-month supply

• Physician support

• Monthly telehealth nutrition visit

Before starting your medications, you will have a one time nurse visit for injection teaching/training on how to safely administer your injection medications.  

On subsequent months, home kits will be delivered directly to your home without the need for further nurse visits.
